Last updated: May 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how TEMPLATE — fill in: legal entity name and form (e.g., Legacy II LLC, a Texas limited liability company) (“Legacy II,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or join our waitlist. This site is a pre-launch waitlist for handcrafted arm wrestling tables. We do not currently accept orders or payments through the site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address (required) and, if you choose to provide them, your name and phone number (optional). We may use your phone number to contact you about launch timing, build availability, or your waitlist spot.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our servers may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. The site may use only the minimal technical data required to deliver pages and process your waitlist submission.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Notify you when ordering opens and send launch updates about Legacy II tables.
- Send special-order opportunities, product announcements, and related marketing emails.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site.
- Respond to your inquiries and requests.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our policies.
3. Marketing Emails and Your Choices
By submitting the waitlist form, you agree to receive email communications from us about launch updates and special-order offerings. Every marketing email we send will include a way to unsubscribe, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us using the information in Section 11. If you unsubscribe, we may still send you non-marketing messages when necessary, such as responses to a request you initiated.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may share information with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our hosting provider and TEMPLATE — fill in: email service provider name (e.g., Mailchimp, Resend, ConvertKit), or leave as “an email service provider” until selected. These providers may access your information only to perform services for us and are expected to protect it.
- Legal and safety recipients when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Legacy II, our users, or others.
5. Data Retention
We retain waitlist information until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy. Server logs are typically retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, troubleshooting, or legal compliance.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
