Return Policy

This policy is effective when ordering opens. No purchases are accepted through this site today. The terms below describe how returns, exchanges, and warranty claims will be handled once sales begin.
Every Legacy II table is handcrafted and built to order. Because of that, our return and cancellation terms differ from off-the-shelf products. Please read this policy before placing an order.
1. Made-to-Order Items
Each table is built to your specifications. You may cancel an order within 72 hours of receiving your order confirmation, provided production has not yet started. After that window, or once production begins, the order is non-refundable.
If you need to change specifications after confirming an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes when production has not started, but changes may affect lead time and pricing.
2. Damaged in Transit
Inspect your shipment on delivery. If your table arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging. We will, at our discretion, arrange a repair, send replacement parts, or replace the item. If the damage is due to our packing or carrier error, we will cover reasonable return or reshipment costs.
3. Manufacturing Defects
Defects in materials or workmanship are covered under our warranty (Section 6). Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Do not attempt unauthorized repairs before contacting us, as that may void warranty coverage.
4. Accessories and Stock Items
If we offer non-custom accessories or stock items, those products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
5. How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim
- Email us at TEMPLATE — fill in: returns contact email (e.g., [email protected]) with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We will respond with return or warranty instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number.
- Ship items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Do not return items without an approved RMA — unauthorized returns may be refused.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refund timing may depend on your payment provider.
7. Warranty
Legacy II tables include a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal training and competitive use, starting on the delivery date shown on your order confirmation. This warranty is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, or finish changes from use.
- Damage from abuse, misuse, or accidents.
- Commercial or rental overuse beyond the original purchase intent.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage from improper assembly, storage, or maintenance.
- Normal wear on consumable or replaceable parts.
Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective part or product, at our discretion. Warranty service may require proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
